Rapid Labels New Zealand
In July 1999, Rapid Labels of Forrest Hill & Allmark Industries of Henderson came together as RapidAllmark in Albany, re-fitting a building vacated by PC Direct slash Gateway Computers.
Merging businesses is no easy task, and unfortunately we were no different. It took many years, and considerable effort, to bring us to a single co-ordinated offering.
The company failed to maintain basic service standards during (and for some time after) the merger. As a result, a proportion of our client base sought alternate suppliers. As you can appreciate, that was a difficult time for the staff at 'RapidAllmark'.
Thankfully, from 2003, re-branded back to the simpler Rapid Labels, we started to deploy specific equipment to meet the burgeoning wine label market.
